We charge 1.5% of the sale price. It is on our website, in our contracts and on the wall of every office. That is not generosity; it is strategy.
What the fee includes
Professional photography, styling, floor plans, three weeks of marketing, every viewing, every negotiation and every phone call after closing. There is no list of extras.
If you cannot print your fee on the front page, it is probably too complicated.
What it does not include
Legal fees, repairs and your neighbour’s opinion. We can recommend good people for the first two.
The upside of a clear fee is a clearer conversation. We would rather argue about the price of your house than the price of our service.
