What we collect
When you enquire, book or subscribe we collect your name, email, phone number and the details of your request. When you browse we collect basic, anonymised analytics.
Saved homes are stored on your own device and never sent to us.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange viewings and valuations, and send the newsletter if you asked for it. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising profiles.
Who sees it
Your agent and the people who need to help them. We use a small number of processors (email, scheduling, hosting) under written agreements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years after the last contact. Clients’ transaction records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. Email privacy@acreage.house and we will answer within thirty days.
